How to be an Excellent Executive Sponsor 2-hour workshop (English only): Executive Sponsors get the precise knowledge they need to perform this unfamiliar and critical role confidently. Participants leave with a personal game plan and an ongoing support process.
Demonstrating ERG Program Impact Through Data - Four 90-minute classes (English only):
This four-part class will provide ERG Oversight Managers with a structured framework to analyze ERG success at the program or oversight level, ensuring their initiatives drive measurable impact. Participants will acquire essential data skills to measure ERG success at the program level, using a structured approach to align ERG initiatives with business strategy.
Coaching Skills for Leaders - 2-hour workshop (English only):
Developed in partnership with the American Confidence Institute and endorsed by top management, coaching, and HR authorities, this session will apply brain science to inspire and support others through coaching techniques that foster psychological safety and a sense of belonging.

Using straightforward questions and charts, this session teaches leaders how to develop (or refine) their group’s mission, charter, leadership team structure and operational processes, including effectively collaborating with their executive sponsor(s). **Classes in English or Spanish.**
Recruiting & Onboarding Members, Leaders & Executive Sponsors
Everyone can and should help grow groups they are involved with, but it is much more effective when there is a consistent message and follow-up process. This session lets leaders consider who and how recruiting and onboarding will get done, measured, and continuously improved.
Selecting Programming to Best Support Members, Inclusion & Business Objectives
Programming is the heart of all employee groups – the personal and development opportunities it offers members and allies. Deciding which programs can be daunting so this session gives guidance on how to justify which programming chosen by aligning business and inclusion objectives, budget and member needs. **Classes in English or Spanish.**
