Hill Family Biking: T(w)een Ride to Ice Skating

A ride to go ice skating at Canal Park. FREE Ice skating and Pizza for all participants!

Join us for a bike ride down to Canal Park for free ice skating and pizza. This 4-mile ride is for adventurous t(w)eens, 6th grade and up, who agree to follow organizer instructions. Parent are optional. Lights, water bottles, and helmets required. HFB will supply reflective vests, hand warmers and adult guides (parents of Eliot-Hine 8th graders). This is a no-drop ride, meaning no one gets left behind. Have questions? Contact hillfamilybiking@gmail.com.

If your family’s bikes need some TLC, please come 15 minutes early to get some assistance–we will have bike maintenance tools available, as well as some experienced amateur bike mechanics on hand to assist.

By agreeing to participate in this event, you agree that you are granting Hill Family Biking the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and/or videos taken of you and/or your children at the event for which you are registering, in which you may be included, for use on Hill Family Biking social media, promotional materials, and website. You also agree to release Hill Family Biking and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs/videos.

You also recognize and agree that Hill Family Biking has not undertaken any duty or responsibility for your or your children’s safety, and you agree to assume the full responsibility for all risk of bodily injury and/or property damage as a result of participating in the ride. By participating in the ride, you agree to hold Hill Family Biking, its board members, and its volunteers harmless and will not seek reimbursement from them for any injury sustained or liability otherwise incurred during a ride.
