Robotic Basics: A Hands-On Workshop
A basic introduction that provides participants with hands-on experiences as you learn about both industrial robot and cobot platforms.
This one-day course at Buffalo Manufacturing Works will give participants hands-on experience as they learn about both industrial robot and cobot platforms. Key safety considerations for implementing robots into their workforce will be covered, as well as fundamental applications for both types of robots. During the hands-on lab portion of the class, students will learn how to program basic moves for both robot platforms. Different types of end-of-arm tooling and how they are used in industry will also be introduced. Classes are being offered now. Attendees will earn six professional development hours (6 PDH) upon completion of the course.
