The aim of the ELOY Awards and Conference is to recognize and empower Nigerian women, their achievements and roles in the society, to increase the economic visibility of women in Nigeria, to create a platform for networking, hence enhance communication links to encourage women and to support the work being done by women and organizations that supports women. Networking Tools for Collaboration - Lotanna Ezeogu, Founder SkillsTribePanel discussions on; The Art of Negotiation and How We can effectively Collaborate For Sustainable Empowerment - Funke Bucknor Obruthe, CEO Zaphaire Events, Tale Alimi, Founder Rouzo, Yetty Ogunubi, Founder YD Coampany, Ife Durosimi-Etti, Founder Herconomy and Mabel Aladenusi Adeteye, Head Communications TVCOther activities;•	Exhibitions for entrepreneurs to display their products and services to the hundreds of people in attendance.Our theme this year is to continue the conversation and action steps towards having a more inclusive representation of women in all sectors, especially in leadership roles and to encourage women supporting one another.Impact of the ELOY Awards so far;•	The ELOYs have been awarded to 225 women to date, who have gone on to be better at what they do.•	The ELOY Awards foundation has awards grants to women business owners and we have trained 40 women to date given them access to mentors, affordable finance, networking opportunities and more.•	It has increased motivation in all women as everyone wants to be nominated for an ELOY at one point during their career or business.•	Improved self development in awardees and nominees, that have gone on to make a huge impact in their sector.•	A platform that has helped identify excellence in the creative and business sectors that have gone on to become house hold names (Eno Essien, Sisi Yemmie, Tiwa Savage, Seyi Shay, Olamide, Korede Bello to mention a few)•	ELOY Awards Foundation continues to recognise categories and identifies industries where people think women are not active or striving in.•	The ELOYs recognises and celebrates women of excellence in different fieldsThe ELOY Awards Foundation is about empowering and challenging women to be more and do more by providing resources and tools for them to thrive.
