What ages require tickets?

All guests ages 3 and older require a ticket.
	•	Ages 8+ must purchase an Adult Ticket.
	•	Ages 3–7 may purchase a Child Ticket.
	•	Children under 3 attend free (breakfast not included).

Is a photo included with my session?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Each Santa & Goat Elves photo session includes one complimentary digital photo.
After your session, you’ll receive a link or QR code to view your gallery and choose your favorite image for your free download.

Question 3

What’s included in the Photo Package Add-On?

Accepted Answer

The $52 package adds three professional digital photos with Santa and his baby goat elves, taken in our festive photo area and delivered by email or gallery download.

Question 4

Can we decorate cookies without an add-on ticket?

Accepted Answer

Cookie decorating is a $10 add-on experience and not included with general admission. Supplies are prepared per participant, so please reserve in advance.

Will there be goats at the breakfast?

Yes! Our baby goat elves make their festive debut following breakfast — perfect for photos and snuggles.

What should we wear?

Accepted Answer

Festive holiday outfits or matching family pajamas are encouraged! The event is held indoors and heated, so dress comfortably for photos.

Are refunds available?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another family if you’re unable to attend.
