Empowerment Self Defense Course (5 classes total).

Why?Harassment and violence can take many different forms, and when targeted at women, they often take on a specific form. A covid safe ticket will be required, accompanied by your identity card. Additionally, we measure everyone's temperature at the start of every class.*please note: the workshop is divided over 5 Tuesday evenings. By confirming your attendance to this workshop, you commit yourself to all 5 sessions.

Pourquoi?Le harcèlement et la violence peuvent prendre de nombreuses formes différentes. Lorsque les femmes sont ciblées, cela prend une tournure spécifique qui tient compte des composantes émotionnelles, verbales et physiques qui sont différentes d’une agression envers un homme.A côté du scénario typique du harcèlement de rue, le harcèlement et intimidation verbal et physique peuvent également se produire sur le lieu de travail ou même dans des cercles plus proches.Comment pouvez vous gérer cela et que pouvez vous retirer de ces ateliers?1) Ces ateliers se concentrent sur les compétences MENTALES, VERBALES et PHYSIQUES que vous pourrez utiliser dans différents scénarios.2) Vous apprendrez et développerez des outils concrets que vous pourrez utiliser immédiatement.3) Vous pourrez jouer et vous amuser tout en faisant de l’exercice ensemble!Vous voulez en savoir d’avantage?
