Learn the basics of mountain biking at Boulder's amazing Valmont Bike Park.You'll learn how to:<ul><li>Brake properly</li><li>Shift to the correct gear</li><li>Ride with balance and body-bike separation</li><li>Climb and descend on trails</li><li>Steer and corner</li><li>Performing basic front wheel lifts</li><li>Roll down small drops</li><li>Pump the bike to gain speed</li></ul>Grab your helmet and get ready to ride! Open to all!$15 for CU Students/Staff, $30 for general public. BYOB (Bring Your Own Bike) You don't need anything special, just a functioning bike and a helmet!
