Expect a fun mix of dance styles! We’ll incorporate fast-paced hip-hop, smooth jazz, energetic Latin, Caribbean rhythms, and slow-burn stretches to improve flexibility and strength. Plus, we’ll include weight resistance moves to help build strength and tone while you dance!
