RAIN&#x27;s custom crowdfunding platform being developed by Republic (scheduled to launch this Fall) will allow Oregonians to invest in local startups and small businesses.It&#x27;s like Kickstarter, but for investment: instead of pre-paying for a promised product, individuals are investing money to help local entrepreneurs to launch and grow their businesses in Oregon.
