Can I do this from my vehicle?

Accepted Answer

For safety reasons, No.  If you are in a quiet space like in parking garage, and you are not operating the vehicle, that would be ok.  But, you’ll need to be hands free so you can relax and I can see your breathing.  A comfortable non rolling chair is suitable. Some use a yoga mat to lay on.

What if I am late?

Check in early.  We start on time.   You may not be able to get in if late.  Once we go into session, I will not let others in.  You’ll need to be logged in / checked in before we start.

Is there a waiting room if I am early?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  There is a waiting room available 10 minutes prior to our scheduled time.

Can I attend more than once?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  You can sign up and attend as many of my free events as you would like.   I am also available for one on one private consultations and sessions over phone, zoom and in person.   I’m based in Sedona, AZ.
