The Billy Poole Foundation is a non-profit formed in 2008 to support programs that provide opportunities for kids to learn to ski to honor the memory and ski legacy of big mountain skier Billy Poole. Each year a group of professional skiers &amp; snowboarders travel to Montana to ski and ride with kids who are new to skiing to inspire them for the love of the sport of skiing. This event “Ski with the Pros” happens each year at Discovery Basin Ski Resort. This Ski Movie Fundraiser is our main funding source for the Ski with a Pro event. All funds raised go toward helping to get kids outdoors and skiing.BP Ski with a Pro Weekend – Ski Movie FundraiserThis annual event takes place in the fall with the showing of the latest Warren Miller Entertainment ski film at the Historic Washoe Theater in Anaconda, Montana. Before and during the film there is a silent auction with loads of awesome ski gear, ski passes and much more. All proceeds from the movie and silent auction go to running the Ski with a Pro weekend.ABOUT THE MOVIEWarren Miller is back with our 72nd annual film “Winter Starts Now”. Get your tickets now.
