COVID-19 Safety Precautions for the In-Person EventThis is an indoors event, and it will take place after the Thanksgiving holiday, a time when many people will travel to visit family. The measures we are taking to help mitigate COVID exposure risks include:•	Attendees will be expected to bring their own face coverings and wear them throughout the event, unless actively eating or drinking.•	We ask that anyone who is experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, including a fever or sudden loss of taste or smell, attend the event virtually. •	The day of the event, we ask that attendees self-certify that they do not have symptoms, have not recently been diagnosed with or had direct contact with a known or suspected COVID-19 case, and will comply with the event’s safety policies and procedures.•	We suggest that high-risk attendees take extra consideration before joining in person. We would like to remind everyone that a virtual option is available for anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable attending in person, or who cannot attend due to COVID-19 symptoms or potential exposure. We appreciate your commitment to a shared responsibility for event safety and your patience and flexibility as we continue to navigate the evolving nature of the pandemic. We look forward to celebrating with you!
