Sound Bath at Marlisa Dunn Gallery in Legacy Village

Lie down and relax while the soothing tones of Cathy's instruments wash over you in this beautiful and tranquil atmosphere!

Sound baths have been shown to calm your mind, decrease stress, tension and anxiety, boost your mood and improve sleep. There is nothing you need to do or try to achieve during the session. Simply be present and let the vibrations do their work.

We invite you to come experience the restorative power of sound for yourself!

What to expect / bring:

You will be on the floor for an hour. We have mats and blankets for all, but feel free to bring your own or anything else that would help you get cozy and ensure your comfort.

☕ This one-hour sound bath will be followed by a half-hour of tea and community.

⭐ Please arrive on time as we are unable to accommodate late-comers once the sound bath has begun.

Location / Parking:

Marlisa Dunn Gallery is located in Lyndhurst's Legacy Village a few doors to the right of Lilly Pulitzer and left of L.L. Bean, between Deka Lash and Soma. There is street parking directly in front of the gallery, and three large lots nearby.
