A special ONLINE 3-week series for  Sayaa'in (grandmothers) and *young parents to share intergenerational wisdom

*We ask that participants self-identify as Indigenous, and that young parents and their elders sit together in these sessions.SCHEDULE OF SESSIONS: Nov 9th 5:30-7:30pm, Nov 16th 5:30-7:30pm, Nov 30th 5:30-7:30pm

Participants will create a Family Shield/Five-Finger Agreement throughout the course of each session and will cover topics such as: Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Resolution, Our Belief Systems - Wellness and Cognitive Functioning, safety, commitment, respect, etc

This is a 3-week series and participation in each session is required.

Gift cards will be given upon completion of the course.

This course will be offered online via Zoom, participants must have access to a computer or device with internet capability.
