Who is this training for? Absolutly anyone working with groups to create an enhanced sense of connection and wellbeing, mutual support and community. Beginners will have lots of instruction and hands-on opportuinties to learn. Advanced facilitators will have the opportuinity to play at the edge of their experience.What will you learn? You will develop fundamental, flexible tools and techniques to empower groups of every description through the VMC training protocol developed for over 30 years of training in more than 35 countries. Where can I use these new skills? Your new skills can be used with groups of every description; early childhood, youth at risk, recovery populations, corporate communities, etc. And used for a wide variety of outcomes; celebration, stress relief, team building, curriculum intergration and many, many more. Who will deliver the training? Village Music Circles has trained over 13,000 people in 35 countries and is widely considered the premier training organization for facilitators. This training will lead by VMC Certifired Trainers, <a href="http://www.alanbruni.com/home" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Alan Bruni</a>, <a href="http://www.camerontummel.com/site/Cameron_Tummel_-_About.html" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Cameron Tummel</a>, and <a href="http://johnfitzgeraldcoaching.com/mission-and-bio" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">John Fitzgerald</a>, three globally recognized facilitators with over 60 years of collective experience.

<h3>Health and Saftey</h3>We are looking forward to gathering in rhythm and community and are committed to helping us all stay well and healthy. Our host AbleArts requires that you fill out a waiver on the first day and bring proof of vacination. We will ask that you fill out a simple health questionaire each day and wear a mask while inside.

Cancellations and Refund PolicyGiven the current Covid pandemic, we will give full refunds up to the beginning of the training if for Covid related cancellations. In the event that the training itself is cancelled, we will again provide full a refund to all who have registered.
