Enjoy a specially created dinner, cooked by an award winning chef, in a Homes Tour home. Tour home owners will lead you on a special tour of the property while you enjoy a one of a kind evening in historic Galveston! Reservation comes with a complimentary Homes Tour ticket.
Dinner featuring Chef Edgardo “Rico” Caminos of Riondo’s Ristorante
Chef Rico’s talent for unique and delightful cuisine has been touted by customers and food writers throughout the years. He is a principal proprietor of Riondo’s. The other principal proprietor, Don McClaugherty, brings his talents together to complement his multi-year restaurant skills in all categories by assuring that the very best food and service are brought to the customer’s table.
1916 Hans and Marguerite Guldmann House - 1715 35th Street
Dallas architectural firm C. D. Hill & Company designed this 5,500 square foot brick house for businessman and former Danish Consul, Hans Guldmann. Sitting on more than one acre, the two-story residence features both Mission and Craftsman design elements including a tile roof, wide over-hanging eaves revealing exposed rafter tails, and a double gallery supported by square columns.
