Many who come to Theatre of Yes arrive at a threshold moment: feeling creatively stifled, disconnected from their authentic voice, or longing to reignite their sense of purpose. Traditional methods may no longer resonate, leaving them searching for new ways to express truth, reconnect with aliveness, and catalyse change. This moment of discomfort—the tension between what is and what could be—becomes the fertile ground for transformation.
Through a blend of experiential theatre, creative exploration, and embodied learning, participants rediscover the power of vulnerability, deep listening, and collective creation. Together, we will explore how theatre becomes a living tool for healing, empathy, and social justice, enabling us to transform personal and collective stories into powerful acts of art and change.
By the end of the journey, participants emerge with a renewed sense of creative courage and authenticity—able to transform vulnerability into artistic strength, foster inclusive and expressive environments, and facilitate spaces that invite transformation and connection.
This is not just a course—it is a call to reawaken the self, to say Yes to creativity, to community, and to the possibility of transformation through art.
