As CEO of Creative Quality Productions(aka Benevol), Devin Turner is always looking for new ways to provide great content to the entertainment industry.As a film producer and director, he has developed over 30 independent films, commercials and music videos for multiple clients in the DC Metropolitan Area. He recently produced, wrote and directed his first feature film,The Facility, which sold out in select theaters in 2024.His latest film,Underground King, is debuting in select theaters Fall 2025 throughout the U.S.

By donating 50% of all ticket sales to the organization, Underground King will help provide free groceries and other services to the community. Parking: The garage across the street in the Family Court building is a good deal. Other options include Parkway Parking at 15th and Cherry (a block north), the parking garage under Love Park (close but expensive, entrance at the NW corner of Love Park), and the garage by Trader Joe's (cheaper but further to walk). There's some free parking on weekends a few blocks away on Arch, but it's almost always taken. ADA Accessibility: Because the theater is on the 2nd floor and does not have an elevator, access to the theater requires walking up a flight of stairs.
