I have a gift card - how do I register for a class?

Where do I park?

There is a large parking lot in the complex  - you may park in any spot unless there is a sign indicating a reserved space. DO NOT PARK in reserved spaces. Please park perpendicular to the back building where Il Laboratorio is located.

Question 3

Is it possible to make menu substitutions for allergies?

We will try our best but you must contact us in advance.  Allergens used in the class: Nuts, Dairy, Wheat, Eggs

Question 4

What is the minimum age for children to participate?

Children 7 and up are welcome with an adult (all children must be registered for the class separately)

What is the cancellation policy

Accepted Answer

Classes are non-refundable; however, we can move your registration to a different date if you are unable to make it to the class (must give us 7 days notice). Rescheduling classes for less than 7 days notice only available if we can fill your spot from the waitlist. Email: hello@cookinglabnc.com

Can I bring wine or beer to drink?

You may BYOB and drink during the pasta tasting at the end of the class. No drinking is allowed during the pasta making portion of the class.

How much do we get to eat?

Typically, we have leftovers and there is plenty of pasta to eat. We usually eat around 90 minutes into the class so plan accordingly.

Where are classes held?

We have a new kitchen dedicated to Italian Cooking Classes - Il Laboratorio - located at 3101 Guess Rd, Durham, NC 27705. Classes are NOT held at Melina's Fresh Pasta shop.
