A cozy, candlelit workshop  to address your struggles and craft your own wind-down routine for real, restful sleep.

Tess Bondavalli and experienced yoga and meditation teacher, April Waldrop, will treat the workshop like a dress rehearsal for your nighttime scene-setting. When you arrive, the lights will be low, candles will be lit, and we’ll offer you some soothing tea.The new Soul Studio in downtown Batavia is here to nourish your inner glow: a cozy community space for mind, body, and spirit — where you can let go while dancing with a mocktail. We are located on the backside of Waterstreet Studios building. To park, drive past the new Warehouse 55 on 1st Street. You'll see a drive on your right. We're about halfway down the parking lot. Go up the outdoor staircase. Come early or stay after for a mocktail and some conversation.Together, we will walk through and address your obstacles to sleep, and then tailor a wind-down routine specific to what your mind and body need to get the quality sleep you’re missing. Don’t worry, it will be sure to fit your schedule and become something that you enjoy and look forward to. (You’ll have a copy of this to bring home with you. Put it on the fridge!)We’ll also get into the nitty gritty of aches, bladders, snoring, spouses, supplements and more. Did you know that humans make an average of 30,000 decisions in a day??
