Cassie Leigh Jones

Taking care of ourselves is essential. Creating a calm + connected space to go within and reconnect with your intuition.

Calling all Healers + Helpers and those of you who are giving so much to others! Get excited to push PAUSE and give yourself room to breathe! This experiential weekend will open you to practices that will allow a sense of slowing down to nourish yourself as well as create space to go within. Some of us have been going so hard, for so long, that we have forgotten how to slow down and find balance. Have you forgotten that we have to disconnect to reconnect?? We tell our clients all the time- You can't pour from an empty cup, so we must care for ourselves that same way. So, let's go on a Retreat!!!Let's set start running new patterns of releasing + relaxing right away! We begin Friday evening by experiencing Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is referred to as Yogic Sleep...think Savasana x10! You build a pillow fort around you to support your body to feel like it can completely let go. My voice then will lead you to a new level of relaxation that you have never experienced before!Saturday we begin reconnecting with a day full of experiences to recalibrate your energy, open your intuition, and free up space! So gather your favorite comfy things!!! And join me!What will you get + experience?

Grounding tools to help you De-Stress

Yoga Nidra for Deep Relaxation

Guided Imagery to create an Inner Sanctuary

Breathwork to Recalibrate your Nervous System

And More!

Cost: $97.00Please Note: Once you register I will send you the zoom links for both days. If you have any questions, please reach out. ***Will this be recorded?****The live event will not be recorded, BUT if you can not make it, all of the "processes" will be recorded and emailed to you via audio. ***Why do I need to push pause?***You could notice how full your nervous system is right now by noticing the tension in your body or the shallowness of your breath. Or simply ask yourself if taking a break would be supportive to you right now?
