Who haunts the 1800s mansion? Some say it's John McInteer, its first owner, who had it built at the cost of $14,000.00. Or maybe it's one of his wives, Alice, the first wife who passed in 1892, or Anna, the second wife who passed in 1916. Or it could be one of Anna's family members that used to reside in the Villa, like her brother Judge Charles Conlon, a prominent lawyer in Atchison who lived in the mansion from 1916 - 1925.

In 1952, Ms. Isobel Altus, aka "Goldie," a retired violinist and local piano teacher, purchased the Villa in hopes of restoring it to its natural beauty. Unfortunately, she could not fund the restoration and sold it to George Gerardy. Goldie did pass in the Villa, and you may find her still sitting in her chair, rocking, and oftentimes, you can hear the piano playing.

There have been 9 documented deaths on the property, all of natural causes, and one suicide, which was that of Charles Donovan. And while there's no documentation, many people have encountered a spirit named David. David presents himself as a young man around the age of 18-21 who was in the military and may have occupied one of the rooms at the Villa. His information is undocumented, but he's been there for the past 6 years and doesn't seem to be going away anytime soon.

During this paranormal investigation, you will have the opportunity to witness firsthand the mysterious occurrences and unexplained phenomena that have plagued McInteer Villa for centuries. You could capture someone in the mirror with you or have the door open on you during the night. You may see a large mass on the back staircase or hear stomping and dragging upstairs. · First dibs on where you want to sleep (no sleeping on the furniture). Bring your own bedding.

2nd Tier: Overnight Access - $89.00, you will experience the following:

· Investigating 101, Communication with Spirit using Divination Tools, and more

· Use of our state-of-the-art paranormal equipment

· 7 hours of free roam time to investigate on your own

· Refreshments are provided during breaks throughout the evening

·You must bring your own bedding to this event; there is no sleeping on the furniture. You should consider bringing a cot, air mattress, sleeping bag, pillows, etc. The Villa is not an AirBnB or Hotel.

3rd Tier: Investigation Only Access - $ 59.00 from 8:00 PM - 2:00 AM

· Approx 2 hours of free roam time

Perfume and Cologne can impact the investigation, so we ask that you save that for date night.
