Elemental Chair Yoga (In-Person)

Online ticket sales end 2 hours prior to the start of the event. Pre-registration is only available online via credit card payment. Tickets may still be purchased at the door using cash, check, or credit card.Late seating is at the discretion of the artist and The Dance Complex, and may not be available after the start time of a performance. In general, we advise arriving at least 15 minutes before the show start time. Doors open 30 minutes prior to show, at which time our bar is open in our lobby space. After the show has begun, entry is not guaranteed and refunds are not available. You may receive a refund through Eventbrite up until 24 hours prior to the event.Our ground-level lobby area and performance space is ADA compliant. Gender-neutral accessible bathrooms are located on both the ground and second-floor levels of the building. There is a motorized lift that can bring one person at a time from the ground floor to the second floor should a guest wish to use it. <p>This class is crafted for all ages and abilities to connect to breath via calming movement from a chair to start. We will build warmth and anatomical awareness as we embody movement inspired by the earth’s elements. There will be options to leave the chair and move on all levels by the end, or participants have the option to remain seated throughout. Modifications are encouraged to honor one’s own body. Sanitized therabands will be provided for in person participants.  Those joining virtually are encouraged to use an exercise band or pair of old leggings/ tights they may have at home. Those joining remotely are also welcomed to use hand weights (2 lbs- 10 lbs.) if they would like to add that effort to the class offering. </p>
