The StoryLight Workshop is a two-hour guided online experience that helps you explore your emotions through writing and reflection. You’ll learn to transform personal stories into sources of wisdom and light.

Do I need writing experience to join?

Not at all. This workshop is about expression, not perfection. You only need a willingness to explore your feelings and let your heart guide the words.

What will I need for the session?

Will there be interaction?

Yes, gentle group reflection and sharing are encouraged, though you choose how much to share.

What happens after the workshop?

You’ll leave with deeper self-awareness, simple tools for emotional alchemy, and an invitation to continue your journey through StoryLight Mentorship. We will also be presenting opportunities for you to share your story.
