Trick or Tree Pose | Join ArtFlow in Halloween-themed yoga outside in the sculpture gardens taught by Morgan Jackson!  Just $20/person

Please join us Thursday, October 28 from 6-7 pm for a ~spooky~ workout👻Location: 111 Hampton St. Fort Worth TX 76102Artflow by Artspace111 presents Trick or Tree Pose a Halloween-themed yoga class in the Sculpture Gardens at Artspace111. Artflow is the fitness initiative of the Contemporary Art Gallery Artspace111, located near Downtown Fort Worth. Once a month, Artflow holds a yoga class taught by the 500 hour registered yoga instructor and Fort Worth native Morgan Jackson. Classes are held outside in the sculpture gardens of the gallery or inside in the large gallery if it rains. <ul><li>$20/person- you can register here on Eventbrite, or pay with cash or Venmo when you arrive. </li><li>Classes are BYOM (Bring your own mat). Bring blocks or straps if you include them in your normal practice. </li><li>Don&#x27;t forget to wear loose comfortable clothing and sunblock.</li><li>Class is designed for everyone! If you&#x27;re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class will challenge you to grow, learn, and build on your practice. </li><li>Free Beer always served after! </li></ul>Questions?
