If you purchase a General Admission Oyster Passport in advance or the day of the event you will get access to the oyster and clam tasting area starting at 6 pm.

Oysters and Clams will be served until we run out!

The fresh clams and oysters will be in high demand and served until they run out. Plan to arrive earlier in the evening so you don't miss out!

Will there be cooked options for oysters?

YES! Many of our oysters will be served raw but we will also have grilled and cooked oysters as well.

The Florida Shellfish Aquaculture Association supports Florida clam and oyster farmers through advocacy and education. Our farmers grow fresh, local food, restore our marine ecosystems, and contribute to our coastal economies.
