The schedule, at a glance:<ul><li>11:00 - 11:45: Taiji (8 movement, Yang based)</li><li>12:00 - 1:00: Instructional portion of the workshop (see below for details)</li><li>1:00 - 1:20: Qigong</li><li>1:30 - 2:30: Hands-on portion of the workshop</li><li>2:30 - 2:45: Workshop Q&amp;A, discussion</li><li>3:00 - 6:00: Explorations in consciousness/discussions</li><li>6:30 - 8:30: Indoor CE5 Session</li></ul>A brief overview of happens on Metaphysical Sundays:<ul><li>The day begins with 45-minutes of Taiji for balancing and enhancing your energy prior to the workshop. Scroll down for details - no previous experience is required!</li><li>At noon, we begin the instructional portion of our workshop, which lasts about an hour (topics are different every month).</li><li>Prior to moving into our &quot;hands-on&quot; portion of the workshop, we will do about 15 minutes of Qigong work to further enhance our energies. Scroll down for details - no previous experience is required!</li><li>Following Qigong, we will move into the &quot;hands-on&quot; portion of the workshop, where you will be applying what you have learned.</li><li>The workshop is followed by a 15-minute Q&amp;A/discussion session.</li><li>After the workshop and Q&amp;A session, the afternoon becomes a platform for open discussion and exploration of consciousness, the &quot;paranormal&quot;, psychic development, contact, shared experiences, brainstorming and connecting with others of like-mind, all in a safe, open, and non-judgmental atmosphere.</li><li>The finale of the evening is an indoor CE5 Session for anyone interested in attending. These are great events for honing your ability to reach an expanded state of awareness and attempting to make contact.</li></ul>

About the workshop ...This month's workshop is about understanding Controlled Remote Viewing (also called CRV), which can be defined as the ability to obtain information about people, places, events, and things, regardless of distance, space, or time.In other words, CRV can be used to access non-local information on just about anything, regardless of when or where it happened.If you're thinking that this sounds a little far-fetched, you're not alone. Many folks have trouble believing that something of this magnitude is within their capabilities. Many believe that only "gifted" or "highly trained" individuals can become adept at Remote Viewing, never realizing that the ability is a natural part of the human "base model".Want to see for yourself?Participating in this workshop will give you that opportunity!In addition to learning what Controlled Remote Viewing is (and what it is not), how it works, and what it can be used for, you will also spend a large portion of the workshop viewing an actual target and learning the basics of the process. At the conclusion of the workshop, the target will be revealed and you will be able to see for yourself how much information you were able to gather in such a short time!What you need to bring:<ul><li>An open mind and eagerness to learn</li><li>A pen and 5-10 pieces of paper for the viewing process and taking notes</li><li>Snacks &amp; drinks</li></ul>All other tools &amp; materials will be provided.

About the Taiji and Qigong portions of the day ...We begin the day with a simple 8-movement form of International Standardized Wushu Taiji. This form is easy to learn and can be practiced on your own at any time for continued benefits.We have added Taiji to the beginning of our day for all sorts of reasons:<ul><li>It increases and enhances our energy flow</li><li>It balances the energy body</li><li>It is healthful for the physical body, providing strength, grace and balance</li><li>It's beautiful in form, and meditative to practice</li><li>It provides a link to ancient energetic arts</li><li>It reduces stress</li><li>It's fun!</li></ul>After we have completed the instructional portion of the workshop for the day, but before we move into the "hands-on" phase of our topic, we will pause and perform a brief Qigong session to further ground &amp; balance and increase the flow of our energies to support and enhance the work that we will be doing.This Qigong form has been especially created to assist with the type of metaphysical practices that we learn during our workshops and is especially designed for gathering energy and working with the all-powerful heart center.Qigong is simply the practice of working with and enhancing your own energy body/life force. Anyone can do it, and no previous experience is required!

About the rest of the afternoon ...Following the workshop, the rest of the day is spent exchanging experiences, ideas, thoughts, and theories about all things related to consciousness and the energetic world. From afar, the scene resembles a social event, with groups of people mingling and talking, some gathered around tables practicing what they learned in the workshop, and others deep in discussion over a cup of coffee. Common topics include:<ul><li>CE5 work and contact with Extraterrestrial/Interdimensional beings</li><li>Universal Consciousness</li><li>Shared experiences</li><li>Remote viewing</li><li>Energetic dowsing</li><li>Energy work &amp; healing</li><li>and many others ...</li></ul>The finale - CE5 SessionAttempts at contact, whether at an organized CE5 event or on your own, tend to involve a lot of skywatching and attempts at gathering evidence, usually through the use of cameras and other electronic devices.And both of these are perfectly reasonable, especially given the fact that we often want to share what we saw with others.However, I encourage everyone to remember that the success of contact during a CE5 event is largely dependent upon each individual developing a state of expanded consciousness as a means to make that connection. Skywatching and photographic evidence are NOT the heart of CE5; consciousness is.As we move into winter, it is not practical to hold CE5 events outdoors in most areas - it's simply too cold.But that doesn't mean that our CE5 work gets shelved until warmer weather is once again upon us - we can use the cold, dark evenings of winter to hone our connectivity skills and still perform CE5 sessions indoors. Watching a beautiful dark sky laden with stars is a lovely way to pass the time, but it is NOT a requirement for CE5 work. Using the CE5 protocols - sounding the tones, meditating, vectoring visitors in to your location, and inviting contact can all be performed from your favorite indoor space. And - with the temptation of constantly scanning the sky removed, you might be surprised at how sensitive you become to the presence of visitors.Instead of witnessing lights and objects overhead, you may find that the enclosed setting of an indoor space allows you to be more aware of subtle changes in the ambiance around you - you may feel energetic fluxes, changes in air pressure, hear whispers or vocalizations, see orbs or sparks of light, and physically feel the presence of ET's that have accepted your invitation.For this reason, we have decided to include an optional "Indoor CE5 Session" as the finale for each of our Metaphysical Sundays events!
