At Ethel's Club, the mental health and well-being of Black people and people of color is our priority. We aim to support you with more resources, experiences and guidance on your wellness journey while meeting you wherever you are. This World Mental Health Day, we're coming together with the folks at Smartwater to highlight a few ways to tend to your well-being. While World Mental Health Day is only observed today, our efforts are ongoing and we'll spend the rest of the week sharing how our Ethel's Club x smartwater+ creators are taking care and prioritizing their holistic practices. 🌱 Our partnership comes to life through a FREE Healing Session Sunday, Oct. 17th from 12p-4p ET in Brooklyn, NY!Your Journey12-1 Vinyasa Flow, a practice in tranquility | Terrance Anderson15 minute break for reflection1:15-2:15 | Holistic Nutrition, a conversation on clarity | Arielle Simone 15 minute break for reflection2:30-3:30 | Yoga Nidra, a meditation in renewal | Cassandra Lam3:30-4 | Food and Closing | Seulful PantryAs we'll be in physical community with one another, we ask that all attendees show proof of vaccination upon checking in.
