Dr. Payne’s career includes key roles at leading companies such as Coca-Cola, Tate & Lyle, and Ralston Foods. He holds a Master of Science in Food Safety from Michigan State University and a doctorate in Public Health focusing on Epidemiology from Walden University, where his research centered on foodborne illnesses.
