No, you don’t have to attend the first meeting to join us! Everyone is welcome. Reading There Is No Place for Us is highly encouraged, though, as it helps spark meaningful conversation and allows you to fully engage in this discussion.

Yes! Both Community Read & Conversation meetings are free and open to the public.

Do I need to register if I already attended Meeting One?

Yes — since each meeting has its own Eventbrite listing, please register separately for this event to ensure your spot and receive updates.

Will there be a raffle again?

Yes! Everyone who attended either or both sessions are entered into our “Readers Give Back” Raffle. Winners will be drawn at the end of this meeting as a thank-you for joining the conversation.

Downtown parking is available around the WHQR Gallery. We recommend giving yourself plenty of time to find a spot and get comfortable before the program starts.
