Come learn how your business can decrease its carbon footprint from a local business owner.

<p>Gabrielle Hildebrand became interested in wellness as a chemistry student in college. She found her weekly yoga class essential to managing stress and developing perspective. After working as a chemist for a few years, she studied massage therapy and started a practice in San Francisco. Her specialties include Orthopedic Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reiki. She provided massage in the offices of chiropractors in San Bruno and the Health Education Department at  South San Francisco Kaiser. She has also studied movement therapy, somatic awareness, and life coaching as a means of exploring the body mind connection. In 2017, she took over ownership of The Invitation Wellness Spa. She has changed the name to Chez Gabrielle: Health + Beauty and expanded the services that the spa offers to incorporate skin care, acupuncture energy work, and massage therapy. Her goal is to create a place of respite and rejuvenation for her clients.​</p><p></p>
