N.A.H.S.E. Dallas - Fort Worth

Join us to learn new ways of thinking creatively and proactively about your entire career arc rather than just the next role.

For many healthcare executives, industry restructuring – particularly the rise of matrixed mega-systems – has upended the traditional vertical path of advancement. Aspiring leaders must navigate the organizational "lattice" rather than climb the ladder. Younger leaders in particular are rethinking the means – and meaning – of career advancement, looking to move laterally and diagonally to broaden their horizons and accomplish their goals. This session presents new ways of thinking about career advancement for current and future healthcare executives, encouraging them to think creatively and proactively about their entire career arc rather than just their next role. The program will be interactive, featuring Q&A with panelists. Featured Speaker(s): Stephanie Ikediobi, Kyle Weiderhold
