Overview

The 14th edition of ISAIS will take place in The James B. Henry Center for Executive Development, East Lansing, Michigan, USA.

The emphasis of ISAIS is on interaction, discussion, and debate in a friendly, supportive and relaxed atmosphere. At the same time, the intent of ISAIS is to provide a global forum for bringing the leading AIS researchers and developing scholars together to discuss and critique leading-edge research in the field. Both early papers and papers closer to publication are welcome. We particularly encourage doctoral students and junior researchers to submit their research.

ISAIS is particularly interested in interdisciplinary papers that focus on the intersection of accounting and information systems drawing from accounting, psychology, cognitive science, behavioral science, economics, computer science, and/or information technology. High-quality, insightful, and theoretically sound studies of any type (action research, archival analysis, behavioral/experimental, design science, surveys, theory development, etc.) are encouraged.

The 2026 Symposium will tentatively include keynote addresses, research paper presentations and panels. There will be an award for the Best Paper.
