What do I need to bring to a Sound Healing Meditation?

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow/cushion, blanket (your temperature drops during a sound bath), eye cover and a water bottle.

How early do I need to arrive?

You will probably want to arrive about 30 minutes before our start time so that you have time to find parking, and time to set up ready for a prompt 1pm start time. We do need to lock the door to start so you need to arrive by 12:45pm.
