Unroll your mat for an evening of gentle movement, joyful connection, and adoptable puppy snuggles—all in support of the animals at Atlanta Humane Society. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this one-hour session offers a relaxing flow, playful interruptions by our furry friends, and plenty of opportunities for cuddles.

Please note:

Participants must be ages 5 and older.

A waiver will be required upon check-in.

Don’t forget to bring your own mat (BYOM).
