Our mission is to equip Veterans, service members, first responders and their families with the tools and training for managing stress, increasing resiliency and to promote post-traumatic growth. Through yoga, we build community, reignite bonds and provide a space where Warriors can heal from invisible wounds shoulder to shoulder.

Have a beer for a cause.Join us for a 60-minute, all-levels yoga class inside Clover Road Brewing at the old firehouse in Ashland all to honor Veterans as we close out Veterans Day week with instructor Lindsey Keefe.By rolling out your mat, you’ll be supporting Warrior Within Yoga Project, a Massachusetts-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that brings free, trauma-informed yoga to veterans, service members, first responders, and their families. Proceeds from this event directly fund those programs—helping reduce stress, build resilience, and strengthen community connections.Your presence also matters beyond the class. These events are designed to bridge the gap between military/first responder and civilian communities—because when we come together, everyone is stronger.Your ticket includes:<ul><li>A guided yoga session in the taproom</li><li>One beer or non-alcoholic drink after class</li><li>The chance to connect with your local community</li></ul>After class, stick around for camaraderie &amp; conversation.This isn’t just yoga.
