When should I arrive?

Doors will open at 730am. Warm ups begin at 815am. The workshop will begin at 9:00am. Please allow yourself extra time to arrive and get settled for the day.

Do I have to bring my ticket to the event?

Yes. Please bring either a printed or digital version of your ticket to the event to confirm registration and check in at the event. Be sure the QR code is on your ticket. This will be scanned to check you in. Thank you.

What about my partner for the day?

Accepted Answer

Many people arrange with a friend to do tantric together, though it is not necessary to do White Tantric Yoga® with someone you know. If you do not have a partner set up for the workshop, you will be able to find one at the course. Please allow yourself extra time to to do so.

Is lunch included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A vegetarian & gluten free meal will be provided. Purified drinking Water will be available. Please bring a resealable vessel to use for the day. No Glass Bottles please. You may also want to bring any snacks for the day.

What's the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds allowed up to 7 days before the event. $25 processing fee for each refund. No exceptions! Or we can transfer to the next Phoenix, AZ workshop as a courtesy. *Cancellations within 7 days of the course subject to 50% charge. *No refund/credit requests  accepted within 24 hours before course.

No refunds or credit requests will be accepted after 24 hours before the workshop date. Thank you for understanding.

Is it better to do with the opposite sex partner?

Accepted Answer

No, it doesn’t matter. WTY is a science based on polarity. Whoever sits opposite you is acting as your polarity for the purpose of this experience. Integration of polarities is necessary for spiritual development.

Can a beginner do White Tantric Yoga®?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There are no pre-requisites for White Tantric Yoga®. Beginners can tune into their internal energies and enjoy a deep and sometimes challenging meditative experience.

Why should I wear white?

Accepted Answer

White is not a color; rather, it is the combination of all of the colors of light. It balances our aura and expands our magnetic field, helping us to be more open and receptive.

Why do I have to cover my head?

Accepted Answer

When we meditate we raise energy in the body and spine. We cover our head to balance and contain that energy. People across cultures, practices and time have used the technology of head covering to help balance and integrate spiritual and energetic practices.

Can I move if necessary?

You can, but remain in the posture as best you can.

Can I do this pregnant?

Accepted Answer

Yes, before seven months, with the same limitations you would utilize doing Kundalini Yoga practices.

Can I do this on my first day of menstrual cycle?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with the same considerations you would utilize doing other Kundalini Yoga practices.
