Do I automatically have an entry by completing this application?

Accepted Answer

It is not automatic. These entries are a highly sought after commodity. We will review your application and may follow-up with questions for you by phone or email. If you do not respond to our inquiries, we will not process your application.

Question 2

What happens if I cannot run due to injury, pregnancy, job change, etc?

Accepted Answer

If you withdraw before our deadline to add runners AND we can fill your spot, you will be released from further fundraising. Donations will not be refunded.  If we are unable to fill your entry or you withdraw after our deadline, you are responsible for the  full commitment.

Question 3

Do you provide transportation or lodging?

Accepted Answer

No. You are responsible for your lodging and transportation. We offer entry to CARA's VIP Marathon Experience at The Palmer House Hilton for the day of the race. The link will be sent to runners who have substantially completed their fundraising. You register, but we pay for this perk.
