Do you offer discounts for multiple classes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer ten-class punch cards for $120, which reduces the cost to $12 per class. It is valid for six months. This card can be purchased in person.

Question 2

I am 82 years old. Can I do this class?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our current oldest student is 98 years old! We demonstrate several versions of a pose, so that you may pick what works for you. We are all at different stages, so we encourage students to make their own adaptations. You know your body best.

Question 3

Is there plenty of parking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are renting a space in Hope Lutheran Church on a weekday when they do not have service, so there is always plenty of free parking.

Question 4

Are there restrooms available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there are restrooms. There is also a water fountain right outside of the yoga room in case you do not bring water.

Question 5

Is the room heated, like in hot yoga?

Accepted Answer

The room is heated in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer to comfortable temperatures. We believe yoga is beneficial without the need to sweat profusely or endure discomfort.

Question 6

I have a well-behaved 10-year-old. Can I bring her with me to class?

Accepted Answer

Sure! We welcome children as long as they do not disrupt the class. They can either sit in the back and entertain themselves or they can also participate. Kids under 18 attend for free as long as they are with a parent or guardian.

Question 7

I don't have a yoga mat. Do you have free loaner mats?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have a few loaner mats as well as straps and blankets. They are set up in the corner of the room and are free for anyone to use during class.
