Join me for a meditation on Activating the Heart!

This series is in conjunction with Adora's new book Detox Nourish Activate: Plant &amp; Vibrational Medicine for Energy, Mood &amp; Love, offering a revolutionary guide to empower you to transform your health and nourish your well-being on the path to self-discovery and self-mastery.Each week we will also explore a transformational poem by Barbara Brennan to connect its deeper meaning to our life and what is going on in the world at this time. In sacred space, we will nourish one another with a meditative healing journey.Once we have gone through the layers of letting go and cultivating a loving place, we are ready to live from and lead with our hearts, activating them. Unifying Heaven above and Earth below, our hearts are open and ready to activate and evolve into portals of creation. Holding the concentric point of the center of the infinity symbol, we activate the heart on every level down to the DNA to access the zero-point field, the dimension of limitless potential, in this meditation. It is from here that we begin to see and experience what is possible when we let go of the past and assimilate the wisdom for our future. We will be invoking the alchemical energy of the Heart Activate oil blend, which includes cinnamon, hyssop, and ylang-ylang.  We will also be invoking the vibrational pattern of atlantisite and ruby.
