This 4-week educational bootcamp offers 4th-8th graders an engaging, hands-on experience where they will gain valuable skills needed for a future career in the $100+ billion-dollar video game industry. It&#x27;s no secret our youth is addicted to gaming. This is a chance to refocus that unhealthy obsession into something constructive and educational.<a href="https://www.growthegamer.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">VISIT OUR WEBSITE</a> Students will bring their game ideas and stories to life using the same processes, software, and tools as leading industry professionals. Participants will gain basic game development skills, including: the lingo/terminology, process oriented project management, elementary coding, and beginner graphic design. The first half of the workshop focuses heavily on the creation of basic elements such as objectives, characters, sounds, and backgrounds. The second half focuses heavily on bringing those basic elements together to make a cohesive, unified game.
