The RW Institute (RWI)acts as a think tank bringing together various entities representing all sectors, to work towards the removal of barriers to corporate volunteering such as; a) limited resources, b) issues of scale, c) inconsistent global policy and legislative frameworks, and d) limited data to gain buy in and commitments from senior and mid-level managers. Although many companies now have a technology solution to support and financially match employee volunteering and giving, there remains a high level of uncertainty among CSR managers as to which solution is the right option for their company. CSR managers need to answer some basic questions:</p><ul><li>What is the right criteria for assessing a good fit in a workplace giving software provider? </li><li>Are other CSR managers satisfied with their current technology providers? Why or why not?</li><li>How have technology solutions adapted to the COVID-19 pandemic and social justice movements such as Black Lives Matter?</li><li>How much do the technology solutions cost, and how much should it cost me? </li><li>What features do I need to treat as requirements, and which might be optional?</li></ul>
