You can watch recordings in The Saturn Theatre and join our year-round Programme of language conversations. You can also take part in any other ad hoc events throughout the year until the next conference with this ticket.

We provide a safe, welcoming environment free of harassment and judgement, online and in person, for people of all genders, identities, sexual orientations, disabilities, appearances, body sizes, races, ages, religions (or none), and languages.
Our values
- We value diversity of backgrounds, perspectives, professions, and languages.
- We meet to share language-learning strategies, practise speaking, and enjoy languages together.
Expectations
- Support fellow learners; everyone’s path and pace differ.
- Be respectful and humane in all interactions.
- Offer constructive criticism rather than negative opinions.
- Keep discussions relevant to languages and language learning (including indigenous languages).
Violations (non-exhaustive)
Harassment, hate speech, threats, intimidation, stalking, unwanted contact, sexualised content, disruptive behaviour, spamming, impersonation, doxxing, posting third-party content without rights, or promoting self-harm. Commercial or romantic solicitation to members is not appropriate.
Enforcement
If asked to stop improper behaviour, comply immediately. Organisers may warn or remove participants without refund to keep the environment welcoming. Exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers are also bound by this Code.
Reporting
If you feel unsafe or see a violation, contact an organiser as soon as possible. We’ll handle reports respectfully and confidentially, involve staff as needed, and help you access any support you require.

Privacy & media
You agree to behave in ways that promote a positive, inclusive environment and to respect the privacy and boundaries of others. Your image or words may appear in public materials. We will not purposefully identify individual participants with full name and photo unless you add such details to your screen name. Do not tag or identify others without their consent. Do not share links or materials from the Live Environment outside it.
Refund policy
Tickets are donation-based to support the community. Refunds are not available. If you have issues with your ticket or access, email us and we’ll help.
