Kick off the new year with this magical planning workshop, where we'll use tarot to prepare for the seasons ahead.

As the Gregorian year begins once again, we future-build, dream, set goals, and muse on our moves for the upcoming year. A mystical lens, however, invites us to contemplate time as cyclical and extending in six directions. It encourages us to consider the macro and the micro and how these two intersect and infuse, how our long-term goals are nurtured and fostered through small steps and daily practice. This two-hour workshop will move through the year astrologically illuminating the invitation and warning within each corresponding major arcana card. Highlighting the available energies each month, together, we will build an elemental framework that considers how the emotional, intellectual, operational, and material intersect allowing us to construct a soul map for the year that identifies both our strengths and growing edges, breaking down our long terms goals and thematic lessons into small manageable steps.You can expect to learn how to:<ul><li>Use the tarot to make and achieve your magical goals</li><li>Plan according to the astrological seasons and major transits </li><li>Utilize the major arcana cards and their lessons in your daily life</li><li>Create an energetic map of the year ahead </li></ul>Make sure to bring a tarot deck to class, along with a notebook and a pen to take notes!This is a LIVE digital class. A recording will be emailed to you after class that you can re-watch for 1 week! We will send more details shortly before the class.NOTE:This is a live workshop, with a recording available for 1 week sent out to all registered participants.Buying this course as a gift? After receiving their Ph.D. in 2018 exploring queer theory’s influence on creative practice, they left the academy behind, taking with them a fervent belief that storytelling is a radical act in which we take it all apart to reimagine and rebuild.
