The CAUTI / CLABSI Workgroup is a Subgroup of  the HQIC Large Hospital Affinity Group

The CAUTI / CLABSI Workgroup is a Subgroup of the HQIC Large Hospital Affinity Group, and is intended to be a collaborative discussion among peer hospitals to quickly and efficiently share bright spots, challenges, and advice. The CAUTI / CLABSI Workgroup is moderated by Barb DeBaun of Cynosure Health.As part of our efforts to reduce the burden of time and energy spent on quality improvement, and to strengthen process reliability, hospital improvement teams participating in the CAUTI / CLABSI Workgroup will be encouraged to spend a short period of time reviewing just 5-10 medical records and completing one of the Process Improvement Discovery Tools listed below PRIOR TO THE FIRST SESSION.
