Do I need any experience to join?

No experience is needed at all. This sound bath is open to beginners and returning practitioners. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to relax and receive.

What if I’m running late?

There is a 10–15 minute grace period to arrive, check in, and get settled before we begin. If you arrive after the sound bath has started, you may still quietly join—just set up without disturbing others. After 30 minutes, entry may not be permitted out of respect for the experience and the group.

Question 3

What should I bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and extra warm layers. It gets chilly by the ocean at night, and warmth will help your body relax during the experience. Water is also recommended. An eye mask is provided.

Absolutely! Many people attend solo to unwind and enjoy a peaceful evening to themselves. This is a welcoming space for everyone.

Yes. This experience is led by Lauren, certified sound healer and energy guide of Aura Manifest.

What happens if it rains or the weather changes?

Accepted Answer

In the rare case of rain or unsafe weather, the event will be rescheduled and attendees will be notified by email.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is paid parking at Will Rogers State Beach. Event email includes parking instructions and meeting point details.
