- A plug-and-play Jumpstart / first-two-weeks roadmap
- A campus-wide SOP rollout plan (what to teach, when, and how)
- A student connection system you can start Monday
- A restorative tiered response map (what happens when behavior escalates)
- The templates + tools to train your staff and sustain it
