Dovetail Brewery Tour

A 90-minute behind-the-scenes tour of Dovetail Brewery, a small brewery focusing on Continental European styles and traditional methods.

Every Saturday of the month (usually) at 12pm, we offer award-winning* tours of our brewery. Each 90-minute-ish tour includes three .3L beers (that’s nearly a liter of beer!) and insight into our traditional brewing processes. You will get to participate in a water tasting (bet you didn’t see that coming!), a hop rubbing, and malt tasting, while exploring the unique features in our brewery, including (spoilers!) our coolship and 115-year-old copper kettle from Weihenstephaner (that’s the oldest brewery in the world).

Tours are 21+ only. Children are encouraged to enjoy our taproom during tours—it’s a working brewery, after all. You also MUST WEAR CLOSED-TOE SHOES. NOTE: If you show up and you're not wearing closed-toe shoes, we will exchange your ticket for another date. We will not issue refunds.

• All tours include: three .3L pours of Dovetail beers and some other beer samples and 15% off all to-go beer that day
