Your program has a culture, the youth you serve have a culture. We are diverse in many ways. Are you aware of what culture and diversity exist within your program? This is a great interactive and participatory introduction to finding out about the culture and diversity that exists. Participants will learn about what they bring of their own culture and explore the meaning of diversity.
