REVIVE and Realign is designed especially for women seeking wellness, balance, and a moment to recharge. While it’s centered on the women of Winton Terrace, all are welcome to join us.

What can I expect during the workshop?

Expect guided movement (like gentle yoga), mental health reflections, sisterhood, light refreshments, conversation, and practical tools you can carry into everyday life. Plus—everyone leaves with a special wellness gift!

Do I need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

Just bring yourself,  a towel if you have one, and an open heart. We’ll take care of the rest. Light refreshments will be provided.

Is this event really free?

Yes, this is a completely free community wellness experience, sponsored by REVIVE. We believe every woman deserves access to self-care without cost being a barrier.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring a sister, friend, or neighbor. Just make sure they register or come early to sign in.

Will childcare be provided?

Accepted Answer

This event is just for the ladies — no formal childcare is offered, but we occasionally host “REVIVE Her & Her Minis” sessions for moms and kids together.

What if I have mobility limitations or health concerns?

Accepted Answer

We’ll have modifications available during movement and honor your needs. You're welcome to just come, observe, or participate however feels right.
